Pyronin Derivatives as Efficient Electrochemiluminescence Emitters in Aqueous Solution

چکیده

The electrochemiluminescence (ECL) behavior of pyronin derivatives was reported. We found that these derivatives, as novel ECL emitters, generated an efficient emission phenomenon; is, they showed anodic using tri-propylamine (TPA) the coreactant and cathodic K 2 S O 8 coreactant. Because its remarkable luminescent performance, mechanism (reductive-oxidative oxidative-reductive) benzylthiol-substituted (BTP) specifically studied. Surprisingly, BTP had a lower peak potential at −0.54 V (vs. SCE) in aqueous solution. range −0.7 to 0.0 is than previously reported systems. Its good water solubility, easy modification, excellent properties facilitate appealing (bio)analytical applications biosensors cell imaging.
